The extra ordinary places of Mauritius need a cool visit for travelers of all round the world. The travelers are permitted to reside for an utmost term of 3 months, provided they have a legitimate passport and visa. A European citizen must have to acquire a visa if the person settles in Mauritius for more than 3 months. The visas are made free of cost by the government of Mauritius.
Those having valid passports from the countries of British, Australian, Canadian, USA and other states of Europe, entering the Mauritian territory for vacation purposes and stays for a highest period of 3 months do not need visas.
In accumulation, visas are also not needed for those transiting in Mauritius as long as his transit time to Mauritius crossed 72 hours.
If the traveler has passports of the countries beside the mentioned one should take a recommendation of a travel agency or contact the Mauritian consulate or embassy in their country.
